Door panel question

Can you take a 90 or so burb front door panel and take the cloth insert out and swap in a truck cloth insert and polished door trim w/handle? Is that even possible?

Okay thanks. I just wasn't sure what was underneath the insert and if it would accept the truck trim piece.
