Front bumpers
Are the 63-66 bumpers the same?

As far as I know. Same for the 60-62's. The difference between the two groups is the vertical distance between the 4 mounting holes nearest the center. The early versions are closer together because the frame is shorter in height than the 63-66 open channel style frame.
