hole's on both sides of w/s wiper
there is a small hole on either side of the big hole the windshield wiper motor fits into, and inside behind the defroster under the dash. what goes there? these are factory holes. firewall pad go up that high?

The wire harness under the dash has small tabs that go in those holes.
