I dyed my blue door panels a while back but they are cracking and chipping on the top of the panel now.



This looks like a 77-80 door panel or 77-87 maybe not sure. I do not think it is a 76 door panel. I'm not the original owner so I can't say if the original door panel was replaced with a later model one or if the door was changed.

I think the doors are the same dimension either 76 or 77 up. Not sure though. I wonder if the door panels are the same dimension. Are they the same, fit a specific range of years for certain doors or what?

Is there someone who does custom panels for less than a king's ransom?

What hardware from a later model truck can I make fit (reasonably)? Are there any other door panels that will work?

LMC has panels for 76 and 77 but they don't know the dimensions. I can't find them anywhere although I can certainly measure my own.

Any ideas out there for something I didn't mention which is likely?
