Porterbuilt hood hinges on my 78?

OK boys, time to deal with my hood hinges. Stockers aren't an option. The Porterbuilts look nice, but I'm getting feedback that they interfere with the windshield wiper arms and the cowl... I dont have windshield wipers and I'm not scared to cut the cowl up. Anybody have any insight?

I do not know for sure.
I've never seen them in person.
67cheby has these on his blazer.
You might want to PM him.

They pivot and fold forward and rest against themselves...

The cowl design on the squares is different enough to where these can't be modified to work (well.... anything CAN be...but some things shouldn't be) .

Plans to do a hinge kit do exist... as soon as I can figure out how to squeeze more hours into a day.
