For the record.... A true, sticky (300 or less treadware rating), pro-touring tire that fits a 20x13" wide wheel (meaning fits correctly/not stretched) is not going to be cheap (4-500 bucks) each. Tires that fit the 12" wheels are more available w/higher treadware ratings for cheaper prices.

But.... Cheap tires are just that.... Use them just because they have something cheap that fits (or close to fitting) & you're building a 'cruiser' (not necessarily a 'touring' ride).
