1979 Chevy C10 454 spark plug gap

I just ordered a set of autolite ap145 I can't seem to find information about gap on these. yes i know after talking to people I should have ordered ACdelco but these autolites is what my shop told me to order. they come factory gap at .035 but the chart on company site says they need to be .045 for my truck is this right?

.035 for points, .045 for hei That's straight from an old GM mechanic I work with.
