LS Gauges

Has anyone used these?

http://newvintageusa.com/67-72truck.html

I like the look, but wonder if the function is equivalent to the Dakota Digital VHX gauges.

Re: LS Gauges

Based on this video (and others available on their site) I'd say they work nicely!

As compared to the Speartech guages (that offer the nice 6L80 gear indicator) which in MHO are terrible (note how choppy their movement is).

Re: LS Gauges

These are comparable to Classic Instruments in cost. I installed classic instruments 2 year back and are happy with them. These are nice but you still need to put it all together

Re: LS Gauges

Ebay seems to be the cheapest source for an authorized dealer at $750. I plan on going with their stock-ish setup when funds allow. Still not my dream of a perfectly stock electronic setup, but its by far the closest I've found.

I think all you have to do is attach the bezel just like the Dakota Digital gauges.

Nice. The DD gauges will display the gear indication via the CANBUS.

I agree. If DD offered this look, I would choose theirs, hands down....

Re: LS Gauges

If these are good I will be going this route when I go to put my motor in. Definitely closest to original I've seen and at $750, not too badly priced.
