Replacing gauge cluster with aftermarket gauge cluster?
So I took out my original gauge cluster. The bundle of wires that plugs into the back of the factory gauge cluster? Do I take all that out or just cut the conector off and figure out where all the wires are running and connect the new wires to them? There sure is a mess of wires under the dash? Thanks for any help!

You could tap into the wires & leave the connecter on there. If you ever wanted to go back to stock you could.

Here is a diagram of the connector and where each wire goes and color. It should help you determine what is what.

That's what I did. Just in case I ever go back to orignal but I doubt I ever will.
