NJ Help - need PS bracket - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Working on a 83 project & just discovered I am missing a power steering bracket. In the pic it is the rear bracket that bolts to the head & exhaust manifold.

If anyone has one pls LMK price shipped to 08753.

Appreciate any help.

Scott, let's revisit this.

I was poking around under the hood of my stepside this morning, and the bracket I have should work, it's just different. In this case, it has a lug on it intended for the big A6 air conditioning compressor that (used to) mount above it.

So, that's not the bracket you wanted, but it's functionally the same. It's yours to decide whether it fits what you want as far as looks.

Kevin, thanks for the pics. That bracket might work, the only difference with mine is the bracket on my PS pump that would bolt up to ur bracket (where it adjusts), also has a nut welded to it. I could just drill one out and it should work.

Lets see if UATahoe has any luck finding one. If he doesn't I will probably gives urs a shot.
