I have a 1970 GMC 1/2 ton, where on that truck are the color codes located?

If your truck still has the SPID (options list) on the insdie of the glovebox door it will have the paint code and the trim code.
On you 70 the paint code will be a three digit number between 500 and 599. If it is a two-tone the code will indicate both colors and style.
