Is this Blazer Worth It?? No pictures

Hi Everyone

I am looking at a 1972 Blazer. It has a ton of miles and is very rusty. It is basically a parts truck. It has the 205 case, TH350 tranny, posi rear, and a 350 enginge. It doesn't run. It has mismatched wheels. It has buckets but they need recovered. The console and rear seat are gone. The windshield is broke, but the rest of the glass is good. It has the doublewall top. It has PS and PB but no other options.
The guy is asking $500. Do you think its worth it?
I have a 1971 SWB 4x4 with a 4-speed. I would like to use the Blazer for its auto tranny setup and posi rear.
Do you guys think the Blazer is worth the $500??

Should be able to recover you initial purchase with the parts alone.

You should be able to sell of some parts and make up the $500. I would still offer him less, just to see if you can get it for less.

Especially worth it if the top is in good shape. I paid $650 for a POS 1970 blazer and have sold parts off it and made $1200 so far. I still have the tranny, engine(blown) and both differentials, and a rust free front fender.
