I thought if it was a sagging leaf the whole truck would lean not the body I measured the frame and bumpers their level.. So wouldn't that mean the bushings and mounts are shot..not the leafs I could be wrong I'm learning as I go

Ive got that good torque lean too haha. A whole inch lower on the back right. wasn't like that months ago. |

Well I took of my grill and headlight bezels to look at radiator/body mounts the passenger side is all rusted out that's why the lean on pass side. Bad news but at least I figured it out.. How hard is it to swap out the radiator support? Do I have to take fenders off?

Ok so today I picked up a nice oem radiator support very happy as you can tell in the top pic mine has seen its day.. Well my question is how hard is it to remove and install one? It looks pretty straight forward or not...

There will be a series of bolts (maybe 5 or so) along the inside of the rad support (engine compartment side) attaching it to the front of the fender inner, and then a couple bolts (two, maybe) at the very nose of the fender (headlamp side). Undo the rad support bolts at the frame, spread the fenders slightly and see if you can slip the rad support out. If not, then further dissassembly will be required. K

Well I bought a nice oem radiator support. Just did a little wire brushing and sanding finished with three coats of rustoleum semi gloss. I'm pretty happy with results.. Now all I have to do is install with new bushings and no more lean well that's the plan. |

Well this is before and after I changed rad supports. I couldn't wait any longer the MEAN LEAN was killing me so this morning I did it new bushings as well. I measured about ten times and no more lean it's totally gone the truck is nice level all four corners YESSS.... |

I fixed my 65 c10 with a vintage and well worn coke cooler at the p.s. rear with 80 lbs of dumb bells in it ... level
