Tool Box Door / Worth Saving ?

Haven,t pulled this door yet, screws are very rusty and already twisted one off. May wind up drilling them. I know the hinges are not reproduced and have some worth, not sure about the door. Entire lower edge is rusted and loose from the back side. The back is not as bad, seems like the inner handle latch rod is broke, not sure. Handle is gone, is there enough there that someone needing a door can save it? The bedside flange is gone completely.

If worth pulling for the door anyone want to venture a fair price based on the condition?
