I use 3" Eibach rear drop springs and have 1.5" of drop with blocks and all is well. When I had 2" of additional rear drop with this combination, I could feel the drivetrain struggling a bit, so you'll need shims at 5" in my opinion. I need to get some before going back down to 5" total.
