jack set up pic needed
Does anybody have a pic or two of the jack set up as originally installed by Gm in its correct location on our 69-72 k5's and was there any difference between the years as far as locations? Did gm use a bag on the k5s like they did on the trucks? I have a jack bag from a truck and if its not used on the blazers , Im gonna sell it. Thanks

Yes long spring with a couple of small brackets bolted to the vertical wall behind the drivers seat. Jack under the tire carrier.
Would love if someone could post some pictures of them in a vehicle properly mounted.

Re: jack set up pic needed
Pics installed - also, note how the factory carpet stops at the "step" and doesn't cover the vertical part of the floor

Re: jack set up pic needed
That's a good picture pete. I just don't understand why they put it there or set it up like that. I put my 69 that way and I'm afraid the jack handle will slide out into the door opening and I slam my door on it.
