remember the Iron LT1 heads flow almost 20% more than the aluminum ones. They are what the vortec truck heads were patterned after.

Yup. Replaced the "choke/glow plug" amber warning panel with a "service engine soon" insert from a cluster from a tbi truck. Than jumped 12v switched to the indicator lamp socket (which has no circuit board connection if it is a non-diesel truck) and connected the check engine wire from the pcm to the ground side of the lamp as the check engine light activates on a ground signal from the pcm
