Re: Dropping ls in 4-wheel drive question

I guess my question is how far forward can you move the engine. A 4L80E is longer than a 4L60E. The LQ4 is shorter than a big block. I guess I'm going to have to put the whole engine trans and t-case together to find out. Their are some custom shifters out there. Pacific Fab crossmember looks good and mounting to the frame is not fixed.
