I think I might need a new windshield gasket...
What do you think? Seems like it gets slightly damp at times.
Might just be condensation, I guess... |

All the trucks shipped to this area have that option.

That's the floor washing option. Many of us have that too.

Re: I think I might need a new windshield gasket...
That could also be a rust issue in the cowl vent channel.

Re: I think I might need a new windshield gasket...
It is real easy to check to see if the leak is coming from your windshield gasket or leaking seams or rust holes in your cowl. Just let your water hose run into the vent in front of the windshield without letting any water run on the windshield itself and then check under the dash. More than likely you will still find water coming into the cab. Good luck.

Re: I think I might need a new windshield gasket...
I think it's pretty safe to say the windshield is leaking since some water pours out from under the gasket and over the top of the dash in his video.

Re: I think I might need a new windshield gasket...
Yeah, most of it is the gasket. I really need to fix it (and at least some of the other rust/damage issues) sometime soon, but it just hasn't happened yet.
Here's the gasket itself; pretty nice, huh? |
