I'd like to drill the holes to move mine in before I put her back together. It's currently just a bare chassis. Does anyone know how far up the bracket needs to be moved to tuck it in? Or even if you know how much space is there originally to work with..

1.5 inches is about it ..Drilled my holes out as far as I could toward the front without the bumper dipping down . Have to be careful ,my tailgate actually just touches the top of the bumper when let down & that's not good >have a line across the bottom of tailgate because of this ,.
