fuel injection on a 327

I was thinking about doing a LS2 swap for my 327 until i saw a show on tv that rescues stalled projects and finishes peoples car in a week. In this show, Bruno took a 69 camaro with a 327 and put on a nice set of alum heads, a new intake manifold and put fuel injection on it.

anyone else done this? Seems a lot easier and less expensive than doing the LS swap to me. This is what i got now...

Never done it, but fuel injection never hurts. MSD has a neat fuel injection system....its an all in one type of deal. Link...www.atomicefi.com/home.aspx

that looks like the same system they used on the show with the small programmer that stays connected in the glovebox that you can pull out and adjust the tune and then put it back in the glovebox out of sight

Re: fuel injection on a 327

After putting a LS motor in my S10 I'm not going to mess with the old motors again. I pull almost 26 mpgs at highway speeds and have all the power I want. I realize I can get more but in my truck it would be like throwing gas on a fire. My wife is slowly coming around and we may put a LS in her 64. She's been driving my truck more and loving the instant throttle response. I feel I can put a 5.3 in the 64 for under $3000.00
