drop shocks for lowered 87?
I have 2-1/2" drop spindles on my 87 SWB. Can I run stock shocks and be ok or do I need to find a shorter shock due to less travel distance?
If so, recommend a good drop shock? Is there a shock at Advance Auto/CARQUEST, etc. made for another vehicle that will substitute? |

Re: drop shocks for lowered 87?
Only drop springs or cut springs, require a shorter drop shock.
Drop spindles will be fine with standard length shocks.

Re: drop shocks for lowered 87?
Thanks Keith. Just happened to notice fairly new LF shock broke at lower a-arm mount today, so replacing shocks.
