61 Bed question
Ive been tinkering on my 61 Apache a little bit and was looking at switching the bed out with one I found not too far away. Only problem is that the new bed came off of a 56 3/4 ton pickup. How much modification would I have to make to get it to fit on my 61? First picture os of the truck its going on and you can see why i need a different one. and the second is the other bed.

I believe the only thing you would have to do is move the cross sills from your 61 to the new bed so that you can mount it to your frame. This is due to the extra width of the '60-'62 frame.
