I want to convert to a powersteering from manual now...what is needed to accomplish that?

I found an ad for for a powersteering box with the pitman arm and pulleys. Is there anything else I need to go with it?

If that is a kit, that should be all you need aside from a belt and fluid, some grade 8 7/16'' bolts to put the box on the frame and a few other bolts. Kit should have the matching crankshaft pulley. What year we working on?

Brackets, pump, hoses, power steering box, belt, pump/crankshaft pulleys.

Big block, small block, inline 6, V6, short or long water pump if a V8? There are a LOT of variables to consider.

I have a small block 350 and a short water pump I believe
