Looking for a few parts for my truck I came across the transmission tunnel high hump part that is rust free for $50.00. I was thinking about changing to a high hump now during my cab rebuild. My plan is to later get a LS engine with a 4l80 and I am under the understanding that I will need the high hump.
Is $50.00 a good price for that part?

Yeah that's a good price, I bought. One recently from a member for that. Saw several at the swap meet last weekend for the same price.

The BBC/auto one is worth $75 +/-

thats a fair price, but i don't think you will need it. you would need it if going porterbuilt front drop member because it changes engine location.

It really depends on which motor mount setup you use....
