2010 5.3 Hard starting cold- No check Engine

2010 Silverado with 5.3 engine just began starting hard when cold first time in morning. Colder temp, harder to start. Cranks for several seconds, starts - runs rough for about 20 seconds, then runs normal rest of day. Any common problems? No check engine light on? Coolant temp sensor?
Thanks,
Les

Possible air intake charge sensor, I.think they are incorporated into the mass air flow sensor. Expensive and not for sure. The other culprit could ECM coolant temperature sensor..they might be operating well enough to not throw a code. First step would be to clean the MAF sensor with the appropriate cleaner and what if any effect it may have. . Lowest hanging fruit first in my book.

88IronDuke,
Thanks for the suggestion, will try easiest first. Do you think it could be a leaky injector.
