Found this on the net today. Posted the video earlier of it being offered for sale. Called the Longfoot.

I like how it has the newer gas door on one side but the older gas cap on the other.

Its a reg cab, cab and chassis truck with the longer wheel base. Those came in 60" cab to axle and i think the long one is 110" cab to axle. There was a member here who built one but never finished his thread. It was just two cut up long beds saw toothed and welded up. This one might have been made a bit different but I'm sure essentially followed the same principles.

There was another for sale on CL a year ago.

The first one I saw was for sale in Cars and Parts about 20 years ago, the ad said it was factory.
