steel wheel for drag radial, Help me find

I want to put a drag radial on my 82 and take it to the track from time to time. I want to keep my reg tire on the custom wheel . I would like to find a steel wheel or any wheel that would fit the 5x5 . I need it to be a back set of 5" to 5-1/2" and a width between 9-1/2 " and 10" .It also need to be a 17" wheels. I know dodge has a 5x5 pattern but I can not find any thing . If any of you have a idea what wheel I could find I would like to hear suggestions.

You could get a pair of stockcar wheels. Bassett, Aero, Diamond and others make a 10" in offsets from 2" to 5.5". The Inertia advantage by Bassett is a pretty good looking wheel I think....

Ohhh. Just read you needed a 17"....Sorry

Impala SS wheels are 17x 8.5 with about that off set though.

bdiamond , I looked at the basset wheel and that would have worked but all 15" . I will look into the impala wheels. Someone may offer a wider one for the impala. I would prefer a wider wheel for the 275/50/17 I am wanting to mount on it. I could get by with a 9" but the tire would do better on a wider wheel.

I did find this wheel and it would work .http://www.quadratec.com/products/92600_2XX_A_PG.htm. Its available in a 17" x 9, 5" b/s 5x5 . I am a little concerned about the center hole alignment being the right size for the c10 it being for a jeep.

I really liked the look of the NASCAR wheels. Be nice of I could fine some who had it.

Still looking at options if anyone has any ideas.

If the wheels are only for at the track, why not use 15" wheels? Tires would be cheaper and easier to find.

Thats a good question, I have a 67 camaro that has 17" wheels . The tire would be the same size and it stays on the car. The truck would be limited use so I could use the tire on the camaro when it wears out and get another for the truck. This way the tires don't get to old before I wear it out.

Also I have a chance to pick up four 275/50/17 m&h tires pretty cheep . So I thought it would not be to hard to find a couple wheels of the size I needed. Looks like I was wrong and I may have to go 15" in the end like you suggested.

Unless you have some big brakes to clear go 15 its easier and cheaper tires.
