5.3 swap

I Have A 65 Trying To Do A LS Swap But I Need More Info. Can somebody
Guide me to the right direction.
Can I use the original mounts
Headers

I'm in the process of doing one myself in my 64 c10. I bought a kit that comes with motor mounts headers and trans crossmember..

Look at the FAQ in that section, several ways to skin that cat.

If inexpensive is what you want. You "can" use the stock perches, however it is tough to get the bolts in the mounts!!!

I suggest some 73 up perches ( Called Clam Shell) and some dirty dingo slider mount plates, SBC motor mounts, then a CPP tubular trans mount ( unless your going with a different trans that the 4l60e)

Im up the road, just north of Burleson if you need more info.
