WTB 1970 350 motor engine needed
Need a TAY suffix code 350 engine. 1970 4x4 auto trans chevy or gmc
I'm offering $200 finder fee. Terms are simple if I buy the motor you direct me to I'll give you $200. If it is your friends, brothers or yours doesn't matter. |

Check with board members Randy teeitup or Tom tll74. Keep the finder's fee for your family.

I may have a runner from 1970 sitting on a stand. I'll check when i go to my shop this week. Don't need the $200 either so donation to underhaulin' stays intact.

Re: WTB 1970 350 motor engine needed
I'll be heading to my shop tomorrow and will advise about the motor. I pulled it out of a '70 Blazer I parted years ago. I'm pretty sure it had been rebuilt just prior to me getting it by the PO....hopefully it was the original motor.

Did you find a motor? I pulled a 350 out of a 72 Jimmy it was running years ago I really don't know what kinda shape other than it did run. I don't think it was ever rebuilt. I have the original trany in case your are interested.

Re: WTB 1970 350 motor engine needed
I have not found the correct block yet. Thanks for the offer but I have a great running built 350 right now in the truck. I'm just looking for the correct 1970 block for the restoration.

That's cool...if it was a Chevy 350 with the Invader decal.
