New Guy from Michigan

Hey Everyone-

Just wanted to introduce myself to your great site! I'm from Michigan and I'm currently trying to decide if I should purchase a '59 Fleetside 1/2 ton pickup I found for sale.....so I joined the site to learn as much as I can BEFORE I decide to purchase.

I ordered a LMC catalog to see what aftermarket parts are available and which are not. Seems like the '58-'59 models front exterior chrome trim/badging is hard to find as well as the fleetside bed walls are non existent and the chrome spears that run the length of the fleetside bed.

Anyway, I look forward to learning as much as I can from all of you.

Thanks for having me,
Tod
