3 on the tree restoration

My 65 c10 has always had a floor shifter but in was a factory three on the tree. I am starting to collect the parts to put it back in. I have the factory column, which I rebuilt and lubed so it is ready to go. I have the following list of parts I am looking for, what am I missing?

2 linkages
4 linkage swivels and bolts
4 bushings
Column handle and clevis pin

I can get the handle from LMC but what are my options for the remaining parts? Thought I read once tha you can use bushings from an automatic but not sure which ones. The holes in the link mounts on the column end are different sizes. Thanks for the help.

Re: 3 on the tree restoration

I swapped out my 3 speed in my 63 for an overdrive trans. I have the column handle and pin, 2 linkage arms with clips and bolts to attach to column. Give me your address and I'll send them your way brother .
