Adding mine since someone may reference this thread in the future. Fleetside bed so the side spear keeps it pretty low. I looked at in bed solutions but figured the odds were pretty good I might have the truck full (it will be used) when I wanted to fill up. Door is out of a mid 90's caravan, I made a template of the bed curve and took it to junk yard. I wanted a round door so I did not have to worry about getting it square! Has inside cable latch which I kept. I also grabbed the file tube, but did not use it, I modified the stock one and used a tailpipe adaptor to get from 2" caravan to 1.5" tank. It is pretty flat but fuel fill in on the top of the tank so after a few miles will settle down.
