Lets see how you finished off your smoothies/ralleyes
I'm shopping for new shoes for my 1966 short step. Eventually it will be flat black. I've decided to go with either a 16x8 smoothie or ralleye. I'm kinda of leaning toward a painted wheel surface with chrome lugnuts and no hubcaps. But I'm open to ideas.

Mine are truck rallye's that are powder coated black with trim rings and chrome lug nuts, maybe it'll give you an idea of how it looks.

Re: Lets see how you finished off your smoothies/ralleyes
I like them all. I ended up buying a set of 15x8 6 lug for $50. I'm thinking I'm gonna paint them metallic black with 3" beauty rings and a bullet style center cap. Now for tires lol

Re: Lets see how you finished off your smoothies/ralleyes
I'm no help to your actual thread, so I'm sorry. Haha! Maybe someone can answer this question tho, that relates to smoothies. I remember seeing someone post pictures of their smoothies that were big...like 22's maybe? They had a center cap on them, that I wanna say, Delmo had made? Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Re: Lets see how you finished off your smoothies/ralleyes
My smoothies were finished off by using a rattle can to paint them black, tap screw holes into them and then screw on Moon caps. Not at all what you were looking for I bet. Here are before and after:

16x7 Coker hot rod steel, powder coated gloss black. I bought spider caps but I really like the simplicity of seeing the lug nuts and axel.
