Re: Project Buzz Bomb-'02 S-10

Congrats on the graduation! Hope he's your last one. Anything poppin' at your place? Floor sweeper? Send him to HVAC school. Know several of them cats, always workin' and rakin' in the dough.

I'm a big fan of rake, this is just the high side of my appreciation. Got a bit more than expected from cutting one coil.

Re: Project Buzz Bomb-'02 S-10

Got it back from alignment, drives nice. Getting rid of the overloads and new shocks helped a TON! Let the 11 year old drive it a bit, he liked it. I did note how nice it was that the kids could get in it and jump in and out and I don't give a damn about scratches. I think I'm gonna drop the back another inch, though. Jay and the kids weighed it down and I liked the look much better. Buzzed right on into work today!

Got the split tailgate welded up this weekend, so no one else gets the wee cut out of them. Just to prove I've been running the wee out of this thing, here's a pic! It also goes 80 down the freeway just fine.

Sweet! Look for an update on Punching Bag here soon. Followed me home on a strap last night. Should be some wall-hanger parts in that bottom end.

Thanks, just been driving the wee out of it. Had a bunch of wall blocks and sand in it last weekend.

Re: Project Buzz Bomb-'02 S-10

Been Buzzin' around in Whitey, as we call him. May be having some developments soon, as Flyin' Ryan's kid has gotten his ass in a crack and needs cheap wheels. Do not despair, however, as Neighbor Donnie is hankerin for a rav-4 ish vehicle and looking to get shed of his '97 ZQ8 v6 third door ecSB s-10, which I have loved since he took me to look at it for him. Stay tuned for updates in the saga!

Re: Project Buzz Bomb-'02 S-10

Well, it's been an interesting week. I sold Whitey to Flyin' Ryan's kid, and for $150 more, Arranged to buy Donnie's truck when he decides to make the jump. All good in the 'hood.

Re: Project Buzz Bomb-'02 S-10

GOt the dough in hand last Thursday- He's already bought another truck (diesel hard-on... he'll learn) his girlfriend's driving Whitey. Talked to Neighbor Donnie last night, his state is back, he's waiting for his Fed. Says he's in a hurry, 'cuz now he's paranoid about messing up my truck! (LOL) So hopefully in a couple weeks we'll have another taking up space in the driveway.

Well, Donnie's got his new ride, and I paid him for his old one, hopefully I'll go forth and slay the DMV dragon this week.
