Need advice on buying manual window regulators
My truck needs two new manual window regulators, so I am looking around online to see what is available and the cost.
I don't want garbage and can't afford new OEM from the dealer. Does anybody have any suggestions or experience with aftermarket ones to help guide me get the most quality for the least money? Thanks !!

If at all possible get used OEM ones at a boneyard... the aftermarket ones are pricey and not near as good as originals and I don't think they sell them new anymore

Re: Need advice on buying manual window regulators
I would trust Dorman long before I trust the chinese made crap I see listed on ebay.
Now to recalculate the truck budget for the month .............

Re: Need advice on buying manual window regulators
I need to bring this thread back from the dead...
I too need both manual regulators for my '78. Does anyone know who makes the ones that LMC sells? Are the LMC regulators good quality? Like the OP, I would like to get quality parts that last awhile before needing to do this again. Thanks.
