1953 inner cab trim?
What is the thrim piece that goes inside the cab around the door frame?
I'm not sure what this would be made of and not sure what to call it. It's like a hard rubber or plastic trim that fits in a channel and goes from the floor at the door sill all the way around the door and tucks under the door sill plate. And if anyone knows what this is called, Do you know where I might be able to order it new? Thanks, Joe |

From your description it's weatherstripping. Are you looking to buy some, or what?

Re: 1953 inner cab trim?
I have been looking around at different sites trying to find a good quality complete rubber seal kit for a 1953 5 window pickup. But I have not been able to find a complete kit that contains all of the seals. Are there any recommendations?
has anyone ( i'm sure there are a few) here done the window seal replacements? any tricks to the coner glass or the split front windshield that anyone could share? thanks, Joe |
