damn that is exactly what i want!! i mean even down to the color!! but thats a long drive for me. it doesnt sound like he has a title though. hes offering a bill of sale

Looks like an Alabama tag and Alabama does not do titles until 1975. Also no titles required in Georgia after like 20 years either. So should be good there either way.

Yea, unfortunately Georgia is one of those stupid states that says if the vehicle is over 25 years old it doesn't need a title. Somewhere along the way they put in a law that says if you lose the title to your vehicle and it is old, don't worry, just write up a bill of sale when you sell it and the next owner can register it under a bill of sale..... and at that point they will never issue a title for it ever again. Idiots.
