recovering cracked dash pad and adding gauge pod ???
I a toying with adding a period correct clock to my dash pad and am looking for advice. The pics below are the clock face I would like to use and the dash pad pic is how I would like it to look only with a single pod. if I fiberglassed this onto a a original pad I have and had it re-padded and vinyl ed would that work. Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful. Rod.

I'm sure that would work and look good if you are pretty good with using fiberglass.
Is that a Chevelle clock? What year is it from? I like it. |

its a dash top clock from 65 gm cars and trucks. I have never done fiberglass. Mary if I made it out of wood and attached the wood to r he metal frame, covered it in foam and new vinyl. Or have a local shop do some fiberglassING For me.
