Please help decode option

On the option sheet it says option no. 4D298F and the description is R/V MIRROR-JR-LH looks like a Q at the end. Its in a 69LWB. Reason for asking is the R/V Mirror is on the glass. Was that an option in 69???? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not positive, but I think that option is for the West Coast Junior 3-point mirrors.

Correct, the "R/V" is Recreational Vehicle as these mirrors were designed for seeing behind you with a camper body in the back. There are 2 styles used 69-72, the 3 point and a similar style that allowed the mirror to swing out for extra wide loads.

Many thanks for the replys, I just bought this truck this week. I noticed some marks on the doors where the PO must have changed out the mirrors to the smaller ones.
