I pulled the plugs and they were a bit black, gapped them to .045, leaned the AF a bit, and slowed the idle a bit as well. After the timing being adjusted and all that, with the engine at 100F she starts at about 3-4 seconds without a choke. Much better than before. Thank you everyone for your help and advice, sometimes I just think I know stuff
