Re: 1979 GMC C25 low buck resto/mod
Well its been a while since I've been on this thread. I finally have a to do list kinda.
Engine needs rebuilt so I probably will be swapping in either a 6.0/NV4500 or go all out and do a 8.1/ZF6 4X4 with Dana 60s with a divorced 205 New doors and power windows New bed New seats, probably going to stick with benches, that all depends on where the stick is for the transmission 33s on either 16 or 16.5 wheels Paint, thinking matte hugger orange with matte black on bottom, all black, or the original colors One ton springs New gauge cluster, I kinda like the looks of Dakota digital vhx series or the autometer gauges Decent stereo system, I don't need subs, just wanting to listen to some music Win the lottery Other things that I'm probably forgetting Basically I'm going for a muscle truck look that I can still use a a weekend tow rig/ farm and ranch truck that will last and I can still drive it to work every now and again and look good doing it.
