Color bed liner pic
Anyone use color matching bed liner (rhino or line-x) in there ride? Thinking of this after some patch work. Or anyone with regrets doing it?

Re: Color bed liner pic
See the attached pic. I color matched to the blue. Kind of becomes non descript. Makes it nice and clean but still can be used without worrying about scratches.

Re: Color bed liner pic
I had a Line-X color match bed liner sprayed in the scratched-up bed of my 1949 Ford F-3 pickup. It looks great. From 10 feet away you can't tell it's been sprayed. I'm weighing the option for my "new" '72 Sierra Grande. In any event, if you do go with a bedliner, spend the extra $150 and get a color match. So much better than black.

Re: Color bed liner pic
I've seen it where it looks good, but then I've seen a couple that look awkward. It's usually brighter colors with a high gloss that look funny.

Re: Color bed liner pic
I just painted over my old rhino liner. Worked pretty good, but as you can tell I don't haul much in the bed...

Wow! They all look great. Did the store or you do the coating?

Re: Color bed liner pic
I bought the product and shot it myself. My son actually taught me how to do this as he has done several.

Re: Color bed liner pic
Technology has probably improved, but I had a friend that got a bed liner color matched and it looked great for about 6 months, then the color faded unevenly at that and it looked awful. Started our Red, and turned a nice patchy pink. I was just glad he did his before I did mine or I would have made the same mistake. 17 years later and mine is still black.

Re: Color bed liner pic
Undercoated my Challenger with rhino bed liner and had bodyshop mix me a tint. THe only problem is make sure the bed is prepped right and primered, but it looks great.

Re: Color bed liner pic
I think this thread has not only talked me into a colored spray in liner but to do the underside with it as well while it [they] are on the rotisserie. Jim
