2 point lap seat belt install

I cannot seem to find anything on this on this site.

I am looking to install the regular retractable lap belts for just the passenger and driver (for now) but I cannot seem to find any info on how to install them.

I have a 72 with no seat belts at the moment and want to add them tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated.

Here, this pic will show you where they bolt in. This is my 1970. I changed the interior to black and white and got OEM belts. They just bolt to the floor.
