Re: steering wheel cleanup / resto

Brake-Kleen did the trick. Took off all the rattle can paint and did not harm the original plastic of the wheel. I sprayed the rag first as not to soak anything.

Girlfriend gets in and says what happened to the steering wheel? All the black wear thru is now visible. It does feel much smoother now that all those tiny paint chips are gone. I dig the vintage look. 52 years of hands on driving right in front of me.
