dropped the lot off to the platers, silver cadmium on all but the brake booster bits that will have the yellow zinc finish,as well as the door panel screws, fan clutch,choke holder off the carb... $200!!!!

Now the long wait begins to get them back. Even if its only hours it'll seem like weeks.

update, both door latches, striker plates and locking mech.pieces will be zinc plated, saw this while searching correct finishes...

i was told the middle of next week, beside my indiana pick for the hood is tomorrow. so i got that to focus on!!!

so i got all my plated parts back, they look great!!! bad news since i lost my phone last week and it had over 1000 pics of the trucks on it i have no idea where they all go!!! good thing i been working on them awhile and can figure them out, plus i have a few build books.

he did yellow zinc on the door latches instead of blue zinc, but im very happy. $260!!! now comes the labeling and matching where all these buggers go!!!
