Going through my stuff today, I found this underneath a bunch of other parts I'm going to sell shortly. No cracks, the mounting surface is flat from what I can tell.. The studs are not broke, still there with the nuts on it.. No stripped holes on this manifold either. I have a pic here, check it out. $35 plus shipping.

someone was looking for one of those for the driver side. Can't remember who it was though.. might try looking through the first 4 0r 5 pages of threads ... sorry can't be more help

I thought there was somebody too, I did search for it, but i couldnt find it.. I put it up on top just to give them another shot.. I will wait a bit before I list it just to give them a bit of a chance lol. Frank
