1968 Short Bed truck build
Hey guys
I am new to the site ...My names Kenny and I'm from a small town east of Durant Oklahoma ... I know you all like pictures but i cant get to the freaking truck because of all the rain in southeastern oklahoma.I bought it 2 weeks ago and its killing me i cant get to it. The truck is in pieces but its all there i found it in a goat pasture about 10 miles down the road. I have all kinds of questions . The cab is in good shape the frames been sandblasted and repainted ... the bed has some rust issues on the driver side. I know what i ve got to do there. I am unclear what lowering drop will look the best with out air bags. I am not certain what frame mods or suspension upgrades would work best for a street truck ... I am however certain on 3 things ive got a nice 454 thats been sonic tested ... ive got the rotating assembly for a 496 and ive got a tko 5 speed ... other than that ill get pictures soon enough and i am open to opinions and suggestion ... Shes a blank canvas help me make a work of art !! |

Can't wait to see this one. Big blocks and short beds are my favorite.
