Bumpers w/ Impact Pads
All,
Does anyone know a source of supply for the 1978 painted front bumpers with the impact pads as seen in the attached pic? Thanks in advance!! Misled |

The best source is chrome plated bumpers with impact strips...which were popular on suburbans ....sandblast and powder coat/paint them and you are good to go.
As you know painted bumpers with impact strips were available ONLY on Z77 sport trucks ... I picked up an 80 suburban for parts recently ....factory tach and impact strip bumpers on both ends were the attraction....would have been even better if it had factory aluminum wheels ...but it did have a complete set of 15/8 rallys |

I have one customer that has had me watching for a set for over a year. I found 1 set and they would have needed straightened
