Steering box spline count
Looking for the steering box shaft diameter and spline count for a 1974 GMC 6500 w/manual steering. My ruff measurements are .805 shaft diameter so I am guessing 13/16? Also my spline count is 31 but the shaft has a flat cut in it, so I am assuming w/o out the cut it would be 36? Any one have an experience with this? Thanks, Joe
